Xansys (http://www.xansys.org/) is probably a better place to ask for help on
using ANSYS.

The ANSYS documentation has some examples of electrostatic actuators in the
Coupled-Field Analysis Guide, under Electroelastic analysis. Though there
doesn't seem to be anything that deals specifically with contact.
