Hey everyone,

I always want to find a vendor for the Smart-cut SOI wafers (any sizes,
device layer 1~10um, buried oxide 0.5~3um). I would only buy several pieces
so I would like to choose from their existing inventory rather than pay
several thousands dollars to customize mine. I usually bought my SOI wafers
from Univ. wafers or Ultrasil, but they don't have smart-cut ones. Does
anyone know a good vendor for the smart-cut ones?
