I've used a negative resist stripped called microstrip. When heated to around 50 C it removes silicone, epoxy and god knows what. /Mikael -----Original Message----- From: mems-talk-bounces@memsnet.org [mailto:mems-talk-bounces@memsnet.org] On Behalf Of Emanuele Orabona Sent: Wednesday, November 18, 2009 1:21 AM To: mems-talk@memsnet.org Subject: [mems-talk] pdms stuck Hi all, Some days ago, I used pdms with a silicon master (with SU-8 structures) to make a microfluidic device. Unfortunately i forgot to silanize the silicon wafer and some small piece of PDMS stuck on it. I don't have another master, how can remove completely the pdms? I've already tried unsuccessfully to clean it with Acetone and Isopropyl alcohol. Can you help me? Thank you Emanuele
