Jimmy, Need more information. Are you evaporating or sputtering metal on top of PDMS. If so a gentle inert plasma ( Argon or Nitrogen) will provide molecular level pitting. More surface area more adhesion. Let us know more we may be able to help. The purpose is to have it be flexible. However, despite being flexible, due to the weak adhesion between PDMS and the embedded metal, the PDMS may just peel off. The metal is cleaned very thoroughly yet the problem still occurs. It appears that metal does not adhere well to PDMS. Is there anything to enhance the adhesion between PDMS and metal? Thanks! JJW
