I am searching a plasma asher system suitable for:

- Baked photo resist cleaning (bridge post) without a damage to metals, SixNy
and epi layers.

- Photo mask cleaning without a damage to Cromium layers.

Could you give a suggestion about this system?

Does any one recommend a system with Brand name etc?
