Hi, all:

I want to carry out pure tin electroplating on copper, gold and
platinum. Will anode geometry affect electroplating? If tin rod or wire is
used, which kinds of wire should be used to connect the anode and power
supply? For example, if aluminum wire is used to connect tin anode and power
supply, will aluminum diffuse into anode and thus impurity is introduced?

I will buy electroplating solution from Transene. And the solution will be
put in a beaker with megnetic stir. Are there some other details that should
be pay attention to? Any reply will be appreciated.
