Hi all,

i'm looking for a laboratory reactor to conduct KOH or TMAH etching.
The reactor should have the following features:

1) possibility to put inside the reactor silicon wafers of diameter up to
100mm
2) jacketed reactor
3) i need a reflux condenser
4) i need a stirrer
5) i need a thermoprobe

Till now i've found only one commercial source for such products,
aceglass.com, is there any other commercial supplier ?
