Dear all:

   Our dektak stylus profiler has encountered a malfunction when lowering
the tower (needle). It keeps noticing that "the tower does not lower
down...". Restart the facility can't solve this problem. (the facility is
kind of old)

   Our technician is on sick leave. and we can't fix it.
   Does anyone how to fix such kind of problem? Many thanks!
