Dear Colleagues,
I'm looking for references on FEM modelling of spherical shell or dome
structure such as diaphragm.
Also, I wonder if there is a kind of FEM modeling service company
specialized for micromachined structures(I'm interested in anaysis of
dome or shell shaped diaphragm structures.
Any comments or suggestions should be appreciated.
