We have to make a Ni rod array with 20 um square, 100 um in height.
Using LIGA process, we hardly succeed the PMMA mold for electroplating on
seed layer of substrate having hole structure.

But to get a rod Ni structure using plating is too hard.

Is there any advice for the beginner?
