we are looking for suppliers of wafer dicing machine and Plasma
cleaners/activation equipment.

I have tried to google some suppliers, but mostly they supply industrial
grade equipment for mass production.

I am looking for university R&D lab, something which is cheaper, smaller
size.

Any guidance would very helpful.
