I am looking for an inexpensive table top spinner. We want to use this
spinner for PMMA spinning (e-beam and DUV resist). We are looking for
spinners that have spread and spin staes and a maximum spin speed over
6000 rpm. I am aware of a couple of companies that make this type of
spinner. I was wondering if anyone had any comments on which ones are
good and which ones you have not been satisfied with.
