Dear all,

We have a CVD system that uses SiH4 as processing gas. For security reasons
(we don’t have the possibility of building a bunker for gases)we used small
bottles (less than 1l in volume) purchased from Praxair. However, Praxair
does not sell these bottle sizes anymore, so we are looking for a supplier
for this small amount of silane (we have the empty bottles, so refilling
would also be OK). Do you know where we can find these small bottles?
Because when the current bottle finishes, we are in big trouble!
