Hi all,
Veeco have been recently bought by Bruker.
Does anyone have experience with Acuity XR technology available on
Bruker optical profilers ?
Does someone knows if it is possible to use that technology on a Veeco
NT1100 ?
Our sales agent in Veeco said that this is not possible...and this is
quite surprisingly, this technology infact relies purely on a software
side.
