I am an Indian undergraduate student working on In plane structures in MEMS
using Coventor Ware as simulation tool.I was trying to explore the relation
between the Young's Modulus and Pull in voltage for Inpalne
structures.Generally for outplane structures there exists a direct relation
between Young's modulus and Pull in voltage but such a relation cannot be
established for In Plane structures.While simulating I was trying to find
some relation in these two factors.It is also dependent on the geometry of
In plane structures too.

Does there exist a relation between Young's modulus and Pull in voltage
for  In plane structures ?
