Hi,

I'm trying to apply a thick (15 micron) negative resist on silicon. But when
I try to develop in Xyleen, the layer cracks and it is released from the
substrate. I've tried surface preparation by oxygen plasma and long drying
times.

Does anybody have any other tips and tricks?
