Hi you can get the MSDS of cd 26 at following link. https://snf.stanford.edu/SNF/materials-and-chemicals/msds-std-chemicals/liquid /mf-cd-26-developer It is basically TMAH solution so if concentration is suitable then any other TMAH based photo developer such as MIF series could work or you can buy TMAH and make your own developer.
