Hello everybody:
Now I am doing some research on capacitive accelorators and I am
annoied by the test circuits. As we all know, when an acceloration is
imposed on a capacitive accelorator,it will produce a voltage change
which is proportional to the capacivitance change, similarly to ADXL50.
But the sensing signal is too small to be tested. So the test circuits
is a bottleneck in my project. I am searching for an Capacity-Voltage
Convertor ASIC like TI28882D,which I cannot get it for some reason,to
solve the test circuit problem.
You are expect to tell me some information of the Capacity-Voltage
Convertor ASIC which is available on the market.Thank you very much.
