Hi MEMS folks! can anyone let me know the properties ( like etching ,
physical, chemical and electrical properties ) of Hexamethyldisiloxane
(HMDS).
        I want to have HMDS instead of  oxide layer over Silicon. I will
be eagerly waiting for your valuable suggestions.
