Dear colleagues,
         I am trying to etch titanium sputtered on top of sio2, i tried
the usual methods of reactive ion etching  with sf6 and oxygen gas and
also exposed it to .5% hf for several minutes but it doesnt seem to
work, if you know alternate methods of etching titanium please write to
me.         thank you
