What to buy?

Need $affordable Custom IC design CAD software capable of
mixed-signal design containing a few dozen analog fuctions,
A/D, and upto 100K logic gates and small Ram in 0.5um CMOS.

Should include schematic, logic simulation, spice, layout,
drc, erc, extract, lvs, CIF & gdsII out. Manual place, auto
route would be nice. Tech files for all MOSIS processes
required.

Need two seats, running on either Sun/unix or PC/networked.

Tanner comes close, but they are dropping their schematic
support and have already dropped their gate sim.
