I am searching for sources/technical data for MEMS based RF filters
which can be programmed in near time for changes in center frequency and
bandwidth. The frequency ranges of interest are from 4GHz to 18 GHz. The
purpose of these filters are for communications equipment diplexers.
Power handling limitations are also of particular interest. I am also
interested in applications of MEMS to this area of technology.
