Most of the MEMS people out there are probably not familiar with your industry
and its needs.  If you can answer the following questions, then the solution
may present itself.

How large are the masks?  Do they need to be flexible?  How cheap do they need
to be? What kind of turnaround do you need? (I assume you want to make them in
house, but this may not be possible with your equipment.)
