Contact Prof. Marc Madou at The Ohio State University, Center for
Industrial Sensors and Measurements (CISM).  He has written the definitive
textbook on MEMS, published by Chemical Rubber Company.  I have seen
presentations he has made with videos, particularly on microfluidics.
