GEMAC and and the Technical University Chemnitz has created a

"Catalogue for Shape- & Functional-Elements"

for the silicon-bulk-microtechnology. The catalogue contains a
variety of shapes and functional elements made out of silicon instead
of traditional materials.  Moreover it offers a summary of
state-of-the-art silicon-bulk-microtechnologies.
