Dear Sung Jin,

You may want to try the following:

1       Fluoresceine - Which can be bought from most chemical supply
companies and is soluble in water and alcohol
2       Tartrazine - Same as fluoresceine
3       Go to your local foodstore and purchase some dye that would be used
for cooking and baking. We have used these dyes before and they are very
good. You can even get a selection of colours.
