I bought the Specialty Coating Systems P6204 about 8 years ago (the company had a different name then) and was very happy with it. This system doesn't have separate settings for spread and spin so I adjusted the acceleration to allow for spreading the resist before reaching full spin speed. These units sell new for about half the cost of a used Soletec. -----Original Message----- From: Winston ChanTo: MEMS@ISI.EDU Date: Thursday, April 15, 1999 6:30 AM Subject: photoresist spinner >Our photoresist spinner died last week and we are looking for a new one. >I found several manufacturers of small benchtop spinners - Headway, >Laurell, Cost Effective Equipment (part of Brewer Science) and SCS >(Specialty Coating System).
