There is a cadre of four NASA Lewis engineers who have started a MEMS working
group. Three of the members already have in-house MEMS projects. As part of our
planning, we want to define the "current reality" regarding national and
international MEMS activities. Our group will focus on MEMS applications in
air-breathing propulsion.

I've been told that Ken Gabriel at ARPA should be the starting point for
garnering some of this information. Are there any other written studies
summarizing MEMS activities? I've seen the document which describes the
Japanese MEMS activities. I'm looking for something similar on the other
players.
