Within the Europractice programme, the European Union supports a number of
so-called Manufacturing Clusters which all provide MST services, ranging
from design over Si processing (surface or bulk-micromachining) to packaging
and testing.

I would like to highlight in particular the NORMIC cluster, in which
SensoNor is the manufacturing partner. We offer foundry services both on a
dedicated-wafer and shared-wafer (MPW) basis. For information about the
