Hi!

I am looking for a piezoelectric materials supplier.  I am interested on
a piezoelectric disk with a diameter of 1-2 cm, 1-5 mm thick, and
dielectric constant of the order of 1700. In practice, for our
applications don't care the electrode material.

Can someone please help?
