        I'm Steve Scott, president of MEMS Inc (www.memsinc.com).  We don't
have products per se, we do custom development & production for OEM
customers.  While we do have experience with micro fluidics, we have not
built micro heat exchangers, although I see no reason why we couldn't,
the technology could easily realize it.


We do proof of concept prototype development, production prototypes,
production and technology transfers for companies interested in
developing and manufacturing MEMS devices.  We specialize in unusually
difficult lithography (including 3-D litho for cylindrical, conical,
spherical substrates, and the bottom and sides of etched trenches and
cavities), weird materials and substrates (like Stainless steel, glass,
sapphire, alumina, garnet, etc) bulk and surface micro-machining, and
difficult plating including plated up structures.
