Hi all,

I have been trying to monitor curing of SU-8 (formulation from MCC) by DSC
and I found that it starts curing around 65 oC, which is below the PEB
temperature (95 oC). Has anyone ever tried to do this, and what kind of
results did you get? If anyone have also looked at SU-8 using NMR and FTIR I
would be interested to know those results.
