Hi,

I am trying to locate a a system for plating gold on to 4" resist patterned
wafers.
The ones I have seen (fom Semitool and EEJA) are a bit expensive, and I was
wondering if there are any cheaper cup/fountain platers available which
would
be suitable for R&D use or low volume production.
