Dear MEMS experts,

I am currently looking for a good adhesion material
between a silver Ag thin film and :

1- glass, or
2- polyimide thin film

The structure Ag/X/glass (or polyimide)  also needs
to be able to withstand temperatures around
400degCelsius.

Please help if you can.  Thank you for your help.
