Hi all,

I'm looking for different used equipments for sale to build a new clean room.
What I need in prior is a 3-4 inch mask aligner and a 3inch diameter
diffusion furnace (like a Lindberg for those who know that).
This list not restrictive and I also be interrested in a spin coater, a
deionized water system...
