I am looking for the Dissertation titled "Tunable Micromachined Microwave
DEvices (Voltage Tunable)", by Ayon Arturo Alejo. I know that the person
defended his defense in 1996 at Cornell, can anyone give me the email
address or the link to the dissertation so that i can download the
same with the publisher's permission.
