here at the Institute for High frequency Techniques at the University of
Technology in Munich (www.hft.ei.tum.de/gr/hft_main.html) we are interested to
extend our laboratory facilities.
I was wondered to know if someone of you knows company or usefull addresses
(preferably in Europe) were to get pricing and support for the purchasing of
E-Beam evaporators, PECVD, and RIE machines.
Any suggestion or tip is very welcome.
