We at Silicon Valley Microelectronics can offer 150mm Ultra Flat wafers in
three flatness grades; STIR (15x15 site with 5mm edge exclusion) of < 0.5
um, < 0.2 um and < 0.15 um.  Additionally we offer 200mm Ultra flat wafers
with a STIR (22mx22mm with 5mm edge exclusion) range of < 0.26 um, < 0.2
um, < 0.15 um.  These are all double side polished and have a TTV of <1 um.
