Dear MEMS Community,

Over the past few months we have received many inquiries from the community
regarding thick Oxide layers.  As you may recall I posted a response a few
weeks back stating the high cost of thick Oxide and the reasoning behind these
high cost (i.e. Furnace times, cost of furnace, etc.).  I am pleased to
announce that we now have a process that we can place thick Oxide (2-20 um) on
wafers up to 6" Diameter at a very reasonable price.  If you are interested in
this service please feel free to contact myself directly.  I will be following
up with some of you who have requested these services in the past.
