I don't know why Soitec does not provide this as it is simply a different
base wafer that is processed prior to the bonding.
I you are still interested in the 1-1-1, please send me you complete
specification, including bond oxide thickness, top and base wafer
specifications including dopant, resistivity, orientation needs, Thickness
( handle and device).
I can supply virtually any silicon wafer that you might need with TTV < 1
um in DSP and can also arrange for the bonding , thinning and final polish.
