Dear Colleagues,
I am searching for SOI wafers with followed characteristic:
Base:
3" diameter
P-type,Bor
Resistivity ~ 1Ohmsm
Thickness~375µm
Top:
The same as above, but most important for me is the Total
thickness variation (<2µm)
If anyone have information where I can find such a wafers, please
