I have a questions here:
I have minute samples(2mm*2mm)  need to be RCA cleaned. But in order
that they can go through routine cleaning, they must be attached to some
wafers large enough to hold them. So, anyone can recommend me some glues
that will stand RCA cleaning chemicals while they are easy to be
removed?Or, anyone can recommend me other methods that will deal with
minute samples for routine process facilities?
