Do you any person or group that has demonstrated or is near demonstration of a
MEMS accelerometer with a useful frequency range of about 3 to 10KHz or even 20
KHz? A lot of people are saying that they can make the device, but I haven't
seen one. There are other parameters to be explored but the frequency response
is key to the design.
