10th European Conference on Solid-State Transducers:
8-11 Sept. 96, Leuven, Belgium.

Eurosensors is a series of scientific conferences aimed at bringing together
European scientists and engineers who are doing academic and industrial
research on solid-state sensor principles, devices, interfaces, materials,
processing technologies and innovative complications. The Conference is
organised with the intention of promoting close professional interactions among
scientists and of furthering the European state-of-the-art in sensors and

May Meeting of Bay Area MEMS Journal Club
1 May 96, 7:30pm, Terman Auditorium, Stanford Univ.

The Bay Area MEMS Journal Club is an informal forum for professionals with an
interest in the MEMS field. Meetings are held in the evening on the first
Wednesday of each month and typically follow an open-discussion format in which
group participation is encouraged. This month's topic is: "Synchronized cyclic
capilliary electrophoresis" by Norbert Burggraff (EG&GICS). For more
