Hi Sushant,

the acoustic impedence formula for a plane wave (T or L) is: sqrt(cii *
density) where cii is elastic coefficient (N/m2)
AlN = 36e6 N.s/m3
SiO2 = 13e6 N.s/m3
W = 100e6 N.s/m3
AlNOx ???
