Hello MEMS World,

We have a Tencor P-1 profilometer, which is no longer supported in any way
by Tencor.

Our current ver. 1.5.1 operating software doen't support automatic
sequencing.
Does anyone know where I could get a copy of operating software that
supports automatic sequencing?
