Dear All:

Can someone give some suggestion  to make a TiO2 film on silicon base?

One of the methods to deposite the TiO2 films is CVD.

But, can I sputter Ti on slilicon wafer first, and let the wafer w/ Ti
in high temperature

then the Ti will become TiO2?
