A text book written by Hector J. De Los Santos, Introduction to Microelectromechnical Microwave Systems will be a good start. Also, check out RF mems link under www.coventor.com. Several tutorial papers (also written by the same author) and other technical papers might be helpful, too. It is not a trivial matter to design a good RF switch by studying the effect of design parameters and making necessary trade-offs. A commercial simulation tool can help you in this regards. I know there is MEMS Design House at KIST in Korea, where it allows you to use some tools per usage basis if you are a student. Hope it helps. William Make a great connection at Yahoo! Personals.
