Im looking for a miniature rotating electrical hollow actuator  with the
following spec :

*       Driving voltage       not more than   +/-  5 V
*       Envelope dim.   D=5 mm  L= 5 mm
*       The actuator has to rotate glass lens  D= 3 mm L=1 mm
*       Max static rotating motion : +/- 5.0  deg at speed of  5 deg per 0.5
sec
*       Dynamic rotating motion : +/- 0.5 deg at  1 KHz
*       Resolution for motion : 0.01 deg
*       Keeping position and self  locking  (with out feed back)
