I plan to buy some SOI wafers (1.5um device layer, 2um buried oxide, boron
doped). I have found some copmpany to sell this type of SOI wafers. However, I
need to buy all the stock(13 piece). I want ot ask if there is someone want to
share with me to buy these wafers.
